On considering with Image processing,irrespective of interfaces like MATLAB,JAVA or Python The following things are to be noted when the display of the image is not as expected.

The commands used for registration gets varied from one to other.But overall we have to consider the format of the image say jpeg or PNG or others.

Clearing the previous data which have been used by the other codes and stored in the work space might be a factor.

Other than this noises or scaling factors might be the reason which could be resolved easier within the interface.
